Summer Clubhouse is a school age child care program offered through Cologne Academy. The curriculum is developed based on the needs and interests of the students. Clubhouse offers your child opportunities for physical and social growth through indoor and outdoor play. We provide your child with activities for creative growth in art, music, and recreation. Each day we offer a variety of choices from gym activities and outdoor games to table activities, crafts, and reading time.
Clubhouse is open for all children entering Kindergarten – 5th Grade in the fall of 2021.
Dates: May 28th – August 19th (Closed July 1st – 5th)

We will continue to adhere to the guidelines established by the Minnesota Department of Education and Department of Health. At this time we plan for Clubhouse to remain onsite each day. As updated COVID guidelines allow, we hope to add field trips scheduled throughout the summer. As we move closer to the start of summer, registered families will receive communication of any organized activities. We will share more specific information with all registered families at the end of May.
TUITION
During the summer program, families must contract a minimum of 2 days per week. Weekly fees will be based on the schedule you provide. To withdraw from the program, you must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice in writing to ckerber@cologneacademy.org. Registration fees are non-refundable. The rate for summer days is for full days. We do not offer half-day rates. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee per child. If you have a balance on your Clubhouse account your child/ren will be placed on the waitlist for the summer program until your account is current.
Summer 2021 rates:
2 days per week: $90/week first child, $75/week for each additional child
3 days per week: $130/week first child, $115/week for each additional child
4 days per week: $150/week first child, $135/week for each additional child
5 days per week: $170/week first child, $155/week for each additional child
*Should we be able to have field trips there will be an additional $10-$15 fee per child for each field trip. Details will be provided as we know more about what COVID guidelines will allow.
Family Flex Days
Vacation days are allotted based on the number of days per week you are registered. If you are registered for 5 days per week, you will receive 5 Family Flex Days to use throughout the summer. Once the allotted days have been used payment is required for any additional absences.
*Drop-in sessions are only available to families that are registered for the Clubhouse Summer Program.
