Welcome to Clubhouse Before & After School Program
If you are interested in your child attending Clubhouse Extended Daycare, please fill out a registration form and other necessary forms for your child before beginning Clubhouse. Registration forms may be obtained from the front office or the Clubhouse Coordinator, Jami Reinitz– jreinitz@cologneacademy.org
